A product guide you can use while shopping.

Independent product-discovery and buying guidance, with useful terms and tools for a Hoobuy order.

What is Hoobuy Spreadsheet?

Hoobuy Spreadsheet is a product-link collection and shopping guide. On this site, 16 categories and product search help you find a listing; the product and buying guides explain how to compare its options, review the received item and plan delivery.

It is separate from a Hoobuy account and is not a live inventory feed. A category photo is a browsing example. Open the original listing for the current seller, stock, price and exact option, then use Hoobuy for the purchase and parcel.

Why use this Hoobuy Spreadsheet?

This site connects 16 product categories with a guide to variants and measurements, a searchable 38-term glossary, a currency calculator and practical order help. It gives you a place to resolve a product question before turning it into a purchase.

If a listing offers two batch names, use the product guide to compare the actual differences rather than guessing from the labels. Look up an unfamiliar QC term in the glossary, then use the order guide to turn your concern into a specific photo or measurement request.

We are an independent guide. Hoobuy operates the purchasing account, warehouse and parcel service; the seller supplies the goods.

The 10 October 2026 changes separate the definitions, usage steps, costs and buying checks into visible topics. The update page records dated changes; there is no promise that every external listing is monitored continuously.

How to choose a useful Spreadsheet

A useful Spreadsheet leads to the original seller, identifies the product clearly and helps you check the selected option. Try several links and compare the photos, current variants and price before relying on the list. Be wary of collections that rank every item “best” without explaining the model or whose links no longer reach the product.

Your search and tool inputs

Glossary filters and the currency example run in your browser. Search is sent to the product catalogue only when submitted. The theme preference is saved locally; linked services have their own privacy and account terms.

How to use the search and buying tools

Product search: enter an item type with one useful feature, such as “black bag”. Open a result and verify its size, colour and seller; searching does not reserve the item.

Glossary: type a term or phrase, then narrow by group if needed. Search and group filters work together. If there is no match, clear the phrase or select All. Searching “where to cop” finds W2C.

Currency example: enter the CNY amount, CNY bought by one unit of your currency, and a percentage charge. The tool divides by that rate and adds the percentage. It does not fetch a live rate or include fixed fees, shipping or tax.

Help selector: choose a product/size, order/parcel or guide issue. It suggests what to include and gives the relevant action link; it does not submit a support ticket.
